AMEREX GROUP INC. APPOINTS STEVEN BARUCH VICE PRESIDENT OF IMAGE AND PREMIUM APPAREL

New York, NY (February 11, 2004) - Amerex Group Inc., one of the largest private U.S.- based manufacturers of apparel for men, women and children, today announced that Steven Baruch has joined the firm as vice president of image and premium apparel. He is responsible for identifying new business initiatives that will extend the organization's strategic plans for growth. He reports to Amerex Group CEO, Glenn Palmer.

Steven joins Amerex from Best Manufacturing Inc. LLC, where he has since 1999, been executive vice president responsible for leading the company's sales and marketing division. Steven Baurch, age 47, was previously national sales manager with Dunbrooke USA, where he was responsible for sales and management of field representatives in the advertising specialty, embroidery, sporting goods and uniform markets.
