AMEREX GROUP ANNOUNCES THE SIGNING OF A LONG TERM LICENSE FOR LONDON FOG KIDS.

New York, NY (Sept 1, 2006) - Amerex Group LLC today announced the signing of a long term contract extension for the London Fog Kids license with Iconix Brands.

London Fog continues to be the most recognizable name in outerwear today. In addition to kids outerwear, Amerex will launch a complete kids swimwear line under the London Fog name for the Spring 08 season.
