Amerex Introduces Acquisition of Carters Outerwear and Swimwear and Osh Kosh Swimwear to stable of brands.

Amerex Kids Division will be adding the Carters brand to its stable of brands for 2009.  In its acquisition of Samara Bros. licenses of Carters outerwear and swim and Osh Kosh swimwear, it adds to its strong mix of outerwear brands in Osh Kosh and London Fog and its own Weather Tamer label.

Amerex Kids first delivery of product with the new brands will be for Fall 2009.

Amerex Announces New Label

Amerex Group is proud to announce the launch of its new outerwear label GREEN WITH ENVY, to be launched at Macy's for Fall 2009.  This new label will add to the ladies division core of Jones NY*, Hydraulic* and 1 Madison brands.
