Amerex Introduces Acquisition of Carters Outerwear and Swimwear and Oshkosh Swimwear to stable of brands.

Amerex Kids Division has added the Carters brand to its stable of brands in 2009.  In its acquisition of Samara Bros. licenses of Carters outerwear and swim and Oshkosh swimwear, it adds to its strong mix of outerwear brands in Osh Kosh and London Fog and its own Weather Tamer label.

Amerex Kids first delivery of product with the new brands was for Fall 2009.

 Amerex Announces New Label

Amerex Group has added a new outerwear label GREEN WITH ENVY, that launched at Macy's for Fall 2009.  This new label will add to the ladies division core of Jones NY*, Hydraulic* and 1 Madison brands.
